Why we ask

Every guest, every stay.

Whether you book through Airbnb, Vrbo, or directly with us, every guest at Casa Monteflores completes a short identity verification before check-in. It protects the home, the families who live in the building below, and you. It is also what lets us welcome guests who are new to a platform and don't have a review history yet.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form with the name on your ID, your dates, and the best number to reach you.
  2. Truvi texts and emails you a secure link, usually within a few hours.
  3. Open the link, photograph a government ID, and take a quick selfie. About three minutes.
  4. Truvi sends us a result. Once it clears, you're all set for check-in.

Your privacy

Truvi verifies guests for thousands of vacation rental hosts. Your document is checked by Truvi and is not sent to us. We receive a result, not a copy, and we never ask for ID over email or messages.
